Golden Gate Auto Parts 30 DAY WARRANTYThis warranty covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. We offer a parts only warranty.NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Golden Gate Auto Parts. In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a refund for the total charged amount. In the event a reorder is made prior to return of the first part we will require payment for the second part and refund the initial order upon return. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Upon contacting Golden Gate Auto Parts please provide a detailed explanation as to why the part is being returned.In the event a part is returned that does not fit the specifications listed in this warranty Golden Gate Auto Parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund.Golden Gate Auto Parts is not responsible for items delivered to the address given at the time of sale according to tracking information but not taken into possession by the customer.Items ordered for ‘testing purposes only’ or ordered incorrectly by the customer will not be available for return. Verify with a mechanical or body expert the actual part needed before ordering. We do a very good job at sending correct parts and would ask you, our customer to do the necessary research before ordering. Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.Below are some exceptions that will either void a warranty or are exceptions to our 30 day standard warrantyEngines are complete assemblies including manifolds, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, we guarantee only the long block. The manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, are not. Accessories such as but not limited to Turbos, Starters, air compressors, alternator, power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are usually not included nor under warranty in regards to the sale and/or warranty of an engine. If these parts are purchased separately they will be under warranty. Other items that may need to be replaced are the water pump, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires and possibly timing chain. Golden Gate Auto Parts will not be held liable for these parts listed as they are considered high-wear parts.Instrument and Speedometer Clusters : We do not guarantee mileage. For particular vehicles such as but not limited to Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Cadillac the customer will be required to take the cluster to a dealership to have the unit reprogrammed. Golden Gate Auto Parts will not return or refund any units until the customer can provide written documentation from an Authorized Dealer proving the part was reprogrammed and still not functioning properly.Carburetors: We guarantee only the ability to be rebuilt.Rotors are guaranteed to be machinable only since normal use can leave them slightly warped. They will be guaranteed against cracks or non-machinable surface damage.Cylinder heads are guaranteed to not be warped or cracked. Rings and valves may need to be re-machined.Orders of “Block Only” (Short or Long Block) are guaranteed to be rebuildable only.Electrical items such as engine computers and body control modules, transmission modules, transfer case modules are only guaranteed to have the correct manufacturer part number and are not sold for testing purposes. All electrical items have a replacement warranty only. Up to one replacement will be sent in order to rectify a non-working module. Modules may need to be reset by the dealer. In the event this is required the part cannot be returned until verified by the dealer that the part has been reset properly. Electrical parts that have been modified in any way will not be refunded.Struts are sold with working condition warranty only. We do not guarantee to actual ride True Quality of the shocks or springs. We do guarantee that the springs and strut tower will be in working condition. However, shocks may need to be replaced to improve ride True Quality.Control arms are guaranteed to be true and straight. Any rubber bushings or non-metal parts attached to control arms are not guaranteed.Bushings and Ball Joints are not guaranteed on parts.Transmissions: We guarantee that it will shift properly, gears to be good and bearings to be good. Thoroughly clean all components of the transmission including oil pan before assembly. Replace oil and filter in all automatic transmissions. You must replace ALL seals and gaskets prior to installation. Flush & flow test cooler and lines. Fully engage torque converter in front pump. Manual transmission you must install a new clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder. You must also have your fly wheel turned prior to installation. Fill and check fluid to insure proper levels.Seals in turbos are not guaranteed to be perfect. These seals may need replacing during the warranty period.Doors are complete assemblies however they are not guaranteed to come with such accessories as windows, window regulators, handles, hinges, or interior panels. We only guarantee the door shell.Other body parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and header panels are not guaranteed to come with hinges, hood ornaments, latches, trim, headlights, or grilles.Specific colors may be requested for body parts, but a color match is not guaranteed. We recommend that body parts be repainted to match your vehicle. Body parts that do not match the color of your vehicle will not be available for return for that reason.Items ordered for ‘testing purposes only’ or ordered incorrectly by the customer will not be available for return. Verify with a mechanical or body expert the actual part needed before ordering. We do a very good job at sending correct parts and would ask you, our customer to do the necessary research before ordering. Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. We will try our best to deliver your order in 5–7 business days. However True Quality Auto & Truck Parts takes no responsibility in delay of shipping by carrier or actual yard.Cancellation & Refund of orders will only be processed if the part is not delivered even after 30 days of placing the order.

Order Shipment

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24–48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at Goldengateautoparts@gmail.com

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos Goldengateautoparts@gmail.com to and we will process replacement or refund.Please refer our refund policy for more information on refunds.REFUND POLICYItems modified or taken apart for testing will not be available for return. Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. PARTS ARE UNIQUELY IDENTIFIED BY MARKINGS ON THE PART. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Golden Gate Auto Parts representative) will not be refunded.ALL PROBLEMS MUST BE IN WRITING via MAIL, EMAIL OR FAX to verify a problem with a particular part or installation.If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify our customer service department. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING A RMA. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Golden Gate Auto Parts must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Items returned to Golden Gate Auto Parts will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer’s expense. Once the item is returned we will gladly issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.We stand behind our warranties and want to make you, our customer, at ease when purchasing a used auto part.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 24 hours, after placing it. You can cancel the order by calling our customer care department on or sending an email to Goldengateautoparts@gmail.com.

All telephonic cancellations should obtain a cancellation reference number for a future reference. 

Cancellation reference number is mandatory for any disputes whatsoever.For email cancellations, you will receive a confirmation email with the cancellation reference number.If you do not receive the cancellation confirmation number within 24 hours then please call our customer care department to obtain your cancellation reference number.

This responsibility lies on the customer. All calls to our customer care department are recorded for future reference and are available on request.In event you want to cancel your order after 24 hours or after the part being shipped out then you will have to call customer care department to discuss it, in this regards email cancellation requests will not be entertained.Golden Gate Auto Parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund for cancellations made after 24 hours.

Terms of Sale and Details:

1. All orders are placed by a Credit or Debit Card payment on a hosted payments page, ACH transfer, online wire, bank to bank transfer or a direct deposit via Cashiers Check.2. The customer agrees to make the payment through one of the payment methods listed above, for the amount stated in the invoice.3. We reserve the right to require any documentation for authentication of payment information.4. All orders are shipped with standard freight which includes delivery to a commercial business address or a location with access to a loading dock or forklift. Any additional charges associated with lift gate service or residential delivery will be charged to the customer payment card.5. Any cancellation after 24 hours of making the payment on the order will result in a 25% restocking fee and the fee is non-refundable.6. If the customer receives a 30 day limited warranty, then the warranty only covers part costs and NOT labor costs. Customer must also pay for the shipment back to the address provided by a Golden Gate Auto Parts team member.7. Any consumable or maintenance item(s) such as fluids, filters, spark plugs, gaskets, seals, timing chains, belts, etc. should be replaced before installing any engine. Engines are guaranteed to not have a cracked block, cracked head, or bad crankshaft. Parts internal to the Engine are warrantied. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) are not warrantied. If present, these items are left on the engine for the installer’s convenience only. Overheating of engine voids all warranties. For Transmissions, low fluid level, failure to install a new filter, broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties. Failure to have work performed by a Licensed Dealership or ASE Certified Mechanic voids all warranties. Documentation or written Diagnostic Reports may be required prior to issuance of an RMA for any item.8. Understand that the purchase is being made for a used auto part, and that installation must be done by a professional. Please refer to the limited warranty and return & cancellation policy.9. The customer must also read our limited warranty and return & cancellation policy attached to this invoice and available our website Golden Gate Auto Parts 10. To initiate return and obtain RMA# Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please contact us either by phone or by email.11. All sales are final.
